Villa Caroli Zanchi
Villa Caroli Zanchi is a nineteenth-century abode designed by architect Giacomo Bianconi and built between 1838 and 1840 for Lodovico Caroli (hereafter acquired by Zanchi family).
The Caroli’s family were rich producers and merchants of silk, they owned different land properties of corn and mulberry in Stezzano; the abode had to be an emplacement to control and drive the production and the trade, but even an estate where spending the summer period and for welcoming important guests. Therefore, the building assumed an impressive and representative appearance.
Even today the building preserves its nature and it hosts private and corporate events, weddings, gala dinners, special events. The genuine architectonic and artistic beauty is highlighted by a Light Design project in the main rooms, as well as in the exterior façades and in the majestic garden.
