PwC, the world’s second-largest professional services firm, has selected the RAVA team for the design and setup of the three-day convention hosted by the JW Marriott Venice Resort and Spa. The enchanting location nestled in the Venice lagoon, coupled with cutting-edge equipment provided by our service, served as the backdrop not only for the meeting but also for workshops, exclusive lunches, dinners, and the after-party, ensuring guests experienced unique and original moments.

The precision with which we managed and planned each phase of the project, coupled with the use of top-notch equipment, enabled our team to enhance the various spaces hosting the meeting while minimizing unforeseen circumstances.

Design Approach

A minimalist and refined setup, meticulously crafted and executed by our team of technicians, accompanied guests throughout the three-day convention, creating a harmonious and welcoming environment. Lighting and audio systems were designed based on the client’s needs and requirements, with customer satisfaction being our primary goal, allowing us to provide tailored offerings for every situation.

  • All managed by a Yamaha QL5 audio mixer

  • 3 Epson laser projectors with 21,000 ANSI lumens each
  • Architectural lighting of the church and stained glass windows
  • Dance floor, stage, DJ, perimeter lighting, motorized lights (Robe Pointe, Robe Spiider, Robe LEDBeam 150 and 350)
  • 3 trucks of equipment, boats with cranes transporting materials, over 50 technicians and logistical personnel.
